Where is Newtown?
Newtown is in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It is approximately 20 miles northeast of Philadelphia and 10 miles due west of Trenton, New Jersey. For directions click here.
Where is the Newtown Brewfest held?
The festival is in the parking lots of the Newtown Stocking Works Complex at 301 South State Street. It is just north of the intersection with the Newtown Bypass. This is an outdoor event. For directions click here.
What is the Connoisseur tasting?
The Connoisseur Tasting is for beer aficionados. This will be held from noon until 1:30PM. The session is limited to just 300 patrons who will have the opportunity to sample exceptionally unique and rare brews. The diminutive setting provides an excellent opportunity to personally interact with brewers to converse about their products. A complimentary buffet of hors d ' oeuveres will be available. Attendees also receive a specially designed Connoisseur Tasting commemorative t-shirt.
What do I get with my ticket?
You will receive a 2 oz. mug for sampling the beer from local and regional brewers. There will also be great live music.
What do I do if I lose my cup?
You will need to contact a staff member to purchase a new one.
Can I re-enter the Brewfest?
No, once you have left the Festival grounds you may not re-enter. There are bathrooms, water and food available on the grounds.
Do I need a Valid I.D. even if I am obviously over 21?
YES. Due to PA State Law, everyone that enters the festival must present a Valid I.D. We will checking all I.D.'s at the gate.
Can I buy beer at the Brewfest?
Unfortunately, this is prohibited by Pennsylvania law. However, there are stores in town that sell beer. They have been encouraged to carry beers you will see at the Brewfest.

How can I get to the brewfest without driving?
You can call Sterling Limo Services. They will be running a limo service locally to and from the brewfest. 1-866-SLS-RIDE.

Plenty! There are a number of shops and restaurants along State St., Sycamore St. and Washington Ave. Stroll along these main streets to see what the brewfest benefits.
